Ban Appeals
RTG Content Quality Team may restrict or ban certain users who fail to comply with the Terms of Use, depending on the nature of the case. Systematic non-compliance commonly results in a permanent ban or account suspension. While the Content Quality Team aims to act fairly and accurately, we understand that you may disagree with their decisions sometimes.
If you have reasonable grounds to believe your user account was unjustly penalized, you can submit a ban appeal for us to review your case.
This article will explain how to do that for different kinds of bans. For instance, if you were banned for being underage, you must provide a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity.
